Developing the leader in you

Develop the Vision, Value, Influence and Motivation of a Leader
Twenty-five years ago, John Maxwell published the book that forever transformed how people think about leadership. Developing the Leader Within You showed that leaders are made, not born, and helped more than two million people in the process. Maxwell now returns to this classic text to include the insights and practices he has learned in the decades since that work first appeared.
INFLUENCE: Influence is the beginning of true leadership. Use The 5 Levels of Leadership tool to create a road map you can follow to develop influence with others
CHARACTER: The foundation of leadership is character. The core of character boils down to three main things: embracing good values, practicing self-leadership, and valuing people.
SERVICE: The heart of leadership is serving people. Do you genuinely care about people and want to help them be their best? Ask these eight questions to develop into a leader who serves others every day.
VISION: Vision is the indispensable quality of leadership. Nothing will happen unless you are willing and able to paint a clear picture of your vision for people and mobilize them to join you. Include these eight components when painting a vision for your people so they can truly experience it.
