The Pan-African Book Club on Leadership & Governance connects young leaders, university students, and civic actors around selected readings and expert masterclasses on African leadership, governance, and transformation. It is a structured learning community where ideas become the foundation for action.

Book Selection
The editorial team selects a title aligned with that month's leadership or governance theme. Members receive a reading guide with key questions.

Independent Reading
Members read individually over 2–3 weeks. Discussion prompts help them connect ideas to their own context and experience.

Group Discussion
Members gather in city chapters or online to share reflections, debate ideas, and connect the reading to African leadership realities.

Masterclass Session
An expert facilitates a deep-dive masterclass on the month's theme — live online or in-person with Q&A and interactive dialogue.

Action Reflection
Members identify one concrete action inspired by the month's theme to implement in their community, workplace, or Station.
