The Pan-African Book Club on Leadership & Governance connects young leaders, university students, and civic actors around selected readings and expert masterclasses on African leadership, governance, and transformation. It is a structured learning community where ideas become the foundation for action.
Selected books and readings on African leadership, history, governance, and transformation — curated by a dedicated editorial team around a monthly theme.
Structured peer dialogues where members reflect, debate, and apply governance and leadership ideas from readings to real African challenges.
Monthly sessions with academics, policymakers, practitioners, and thought leaders diving deep into leadership and governance themes relevant to Africa today.
Members participate in local chapters linked to GAP Stations across the continent, creating both an in-person and online Pan-African reading community.
Members who complete a full cycle receive a GAP certificate recognizing their commitment to Pan-African leadership development.

An expert facilitates a deep-dive masterclass on the month's theme — live online or in-person with Q&A and interactive dialogue.
Members identify one concrete action inspired by the month's theme to implement in their community, workplace, or Station.
